The mount fits perfectly into the helmet’s accessory slot, making installation quick and effortless. High-quality 3M adhesive ensures the mount stays firmly in place, while the flexible O-ring allows for easy attachment and removal of the light.
This mount has been developed for challenging environments where the helmet and lamp are exposed to repeated impacts, such as mining sites or confined workspaces. The mount and lamp are also compatible with helmet visors. For lighter everyday use, check out our standard headlamp mount.
Installation steps:
Clean the top of the accessory slot with IPA (isopropanol) or another cleaning agent to remove dust and grease
Remove the protective film from the adhesive tape
Press the mount firmly into the slot
Snap the headlamp into place
Stretch the O-ring over the lamp for secure locking

Each mount is designed and manufactured in Finland using durable 3D-printed ABS plastic.
This material withstands heat and moisture and is significantly tougher than standard PLA used in most 3D-printed products.
