We sell products to individuals and businesses within the European Union.

2. Products and Prices
All product prices include Finnish VAT (25,5%), unless otherwise stated.
Prices and availability are shown on each product page and during checkout.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or stock discrepancies.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders are placed through the online store by adding products to the shopping cart and completing the checkout process.
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
4. Payment Methods
Payments are processed securely via our payment partners Stripe Inc..
Your payment information is transmitted securely and is not stored on FixOnHelmet.com’s servers.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver to Finland and other EU countries via Posti (Finnish postal service) .
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.
Estimated delivery time for stocked items is 2–5 business days.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated delivery schedule.
6. Returns and Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receiving the order.
Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.
Always contact us first at ville@fixonhelmet.com before returning any item.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
The return address will be provided after contacting our customer service.
7. Complaints and Issues
If your order is lost, damaged during transport, or otherwise defective, please contact us immediately at ville@fixonhelmet.com.
We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Any disputes will be settled primarily through mutual agreement.
